Terms and Conditions apply: Available on new enquiries and bookings made after 11th November 2019 and arriving between 1st January and 31st March 2020. Not available on existing bookings, nor for those parties already benefiting from pre-agreed contracted rates. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or incentives provided by Mercure or Accor. The total contracted value must be worth at least £500 to qualify, exclusive of VAT. Commission is calculated on 20% of net value plus VAT. Applicable to meetings, events, business group and leisure group bookings. Group bookings also qualify for the incentive. Definition of a group booking is 9 or more contracted bedrooms. Bookings cannot be grouped together to meet the minimum value – claims can only be made on single events. The cost of your booking will be calculated on your pre-booked business only, exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Excludes any additional extras added after the initial contract.
